Hands down the best customer service and attention to detail. Chris was so nice and was very mindful of doing what it takes to get the job done; regardless of the pouring down rain. Clearly the guy knows what he's doing. I appreciated his input and advice. Most certainly will be my go to for all drainage needs.I moved into a new home that had 2 clogged downspouts / drains. I was unable to fix myself. Chris got right to it, walked the property to help me locate where they go. Even cleaned up afterwards. Super nice guy. Family owned/run business. Supoort your locals!

We hired CT Drains and Sewer Solutions to unclog our underground gutters and to help with a sewer problem we had in our basement. They were able to come see us a day after contacting them and they did a wonderful job. They were very respectful, explained everything, and were thorough with their work. I highly recommend them!
