“I won't write this and tell you they were perfect... but it was the response of the company when I wrote them with a few issues. In my opinion it is the way a company handles issues that let's you know what they are really made of.
I made the poor choice to be traveling when service was done and when I came home I was frustrated to find that the plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom had been run through the floor instead of the wall, this was a real problem since we had new cabinets for both rooms to install. When I emailed the company about my frustrations I really had no expectation that they would do anything but hoped they would take my feedback to be better in the future. Much to my surprise I got an email back from the owner and generously sent his crew back not once but twice to make it right when it worked for our remodel plans.
If you have ever done large scale DIY remodel projects you know that things never go perfectly. If you need to hire a plumber for your project this is a company you can count on!”
