I made the poor choice to be traveling when service was done and when I came home I was frustrated to find that the plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom had been run through the floor instead of the wall, this was a real problem since we had new cabinets for both rooms to install. When I emailed the company about my frustrations I really had no expectation that they would do anything but hoped they would take my feedback to be better in the future. Much to my surprise I got an email back from the owner and generously sent his crew back not once but twice to make it right when it worked for our remodel plans.

He and his partner were professional and showed up every day til the job was complete and every day left us with at least 1 working toilet and sink to get us through the night.
