First, the receptionist was 100% upfront about the hourly rate and any incremental costs. They were able to book us first thing in the morning. Nick showed up at 7:55AM for our 8:00AM appointment. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to wear shoe covers as well. He was efficient and didn't waste time and explained everything he was doing as he proceeded. He cleaned up before he left.
