3/16/23: We had a few cosmetic issues that we wanted corrected and to make sure the A/C unit was secure (we live on the side of a mountain). Mario came and fixed everything with professionalism and was incredibly nice. We had additional electrical work done last month and could not be more pleased! If you need any of the services Sky offers...USE THEM!!!

8-10-23: James Harvey just finished our seasonal maintenance and did a great job. Sky has pulled together an amazing team and we ate so happy we chose them to put in our central air system. Thank you James! It was great meeting you!

11-17-23: Braxton came to give us an estimate for more things we want to do. Always professional and suggests the way he would do things at his own house. We know he does amazing work. Sky is the way to go folks!!

11-30-23: Braxton and Brian were here to install more outlets...a dedicated fridge and freezer breaker and outlets in our garage, one in our laundry room, and a few outside for lights and for one of our EVs. Amazing job. So professional, high quality work, attention to detail, and it didn't take long! Check with Sky for any work you need...HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical. You will be glad you did!! We will not use any other company as Sky has earned our business every time they come out!!

“I hired local plumbing on a house remodel in Tualatin to replace a sink, plumb in a new sink, add a water box for a fridge, relocate a gas line for a range, and replace the exterior hose bibs. I also removed a wall that required the water line and waste from the second floor to the crawl space to get relocated. Tom was the estimator/project manager. Kenny was the plumber performing the work. Both were fantastic to work with. Very personable, knowledgeable, fair, fast to come out when needed and got the work done quickly. Can't say enough good things about Local Plumbing. Highly recommended.“

“Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that.
The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation. This was after he finished up a job at an apartment complex that had 30 units without water. That goes along way with me and I’ll be calling on him again.“

“We had to have our hardwood floors refinished about a year and a half ago. Western had a plumber come out to remove the toilet before the repairs.I decided to get a new tall toilet with super flush. They brought out the new one, gave me a great price for the toilet and installation and took away the old toilet.Very prompt and reasonable service.I am calling tomorrow to have a hot water recycling pump installed. I could do it but the boss said no. She wanted someone younger than 70 doing the work.“
