“I met Katie shortly before I had knee surgery to repair tears on my meniscus. It had been about 6 months of regular pain, forcing me to refrain from running, working out, or even so much as doing a full body squat without pain and/or an unsettling click. Katie worked with me to identify the problems I was having and introduced me to a series of progressively more dynamic exercises to build up my mobility and strength to a level beyond where I was before my injury.Besides her mastery of physical therapy (and the fact that Katie is just an awesome person), these three things stood out to me the most:1: Katie uses a collaborative, educational approach to her work with her clients, and she is a fantastic instructor and coach. Moving my body in new ways was sometimes difficult, but her ability to articulate the exercises using auditory and visual cues was super helpful. Seeing something and hearing it in terms I understood made the process more enjoyable, and especially let me see why certain movements hurt, and how to improve upon them. Real-time cues while doing exercises also helped to hone in on the pieces I might be missing, and especially the pieces I was doing well. Both helped tremendously.2: Katie is extremely patient. Again, moving my body in new ways was sometimes difficult, which often left me spinning my wheels as I tried to get the movements right. Not once did she even remotely seem frustrated or impatient as I struggled. Instead, she showed enthusiasm for even the smallest improvements, and celebrated all of my little wins. It made learning and getting stronger a pleasant experience that motivated me each step of the way. Katie’s office is a safe place that fosters improvement in surprising ways.3: Katie is an empathic practitioner who understands your pain, and truly wants you to get better and be your best self. Knowing that she was on my side, seeing her celebrate my little wins, all of it. Katie made my pain feel understood from the first day, and inspired me to have confidence in both my progress and my potential once I was back in action.I highly recommend Katie for anyone who is ready to feel good in their body. “Like to give a shout out to the team at Fitness Alliance. In Feb 2023 they were there when I needed help jump starting my fitness. I found them via Facebook. Their care and empathy was a blessing and exactly what I needed to make a positive change. Owners (Lisa & Jordon) are excellent listeners and communicators who genuinely care about your fitness journey. “In town visiting family. The day passes online ($15) required 6-hours of notice, but I texted the number on the website and they said I could come in right then. They texted me a code and I had the gym more or less to myself. Super clean and well maintained, with squat racks and Rouge plates (bumper and what I think are the calibrated competition ones).Super pleasant and exactly what I was looking for. I’m excited to come back next time I visit!“

Over the course of two years, I've had the privilege of training under Coach Tip, and throughout this journey, I've consistently grown and learned. “I trained with Ryan years ago at 24 Hour Fitness, including through 9 months of pregnancy with my daughter. I credit my strength to an incredibly easy labor. I came back to Ryan in Dec 2023, 10 months after ACL and meniscus repair surgery after a basketball injury. I trust Ryan because he's not just focused on getting you stronger, he is focused like a laser on making sure you use proper form. This is important to me after suffering my first sports injury at age 41. In just 2 months my strength and confidence in my repaired knee are extraordinary. “I have belonged to a handful of gyms over the years, and I can honestly say Trainer’s Club is the the best in every category that matters to me- Cleanliness, equipment quality & upkeep and staff friendliness.The locker rooms and amenities are second to none and IMMACULATE.They have a team of trainers who are always on hand and super helpful without the condensation that often accompanies those roles.They really make it easy to get started and / or continue your commitment to better health.I am sometimes called away from town for stretches of time and have done temporary memberships elsewhere to keep my momentum going and it really makes me appreciate Trainers’ Club’s level of quality and service.None have even come close.“

“Noel Fuller is in the top 1% of Trainers on the West Coast. No nonsense approach. Such a vast knowledge of Bodybuilding, Fitness, exercise, and Diet. He has been there, done it, lifted it, tossed it, and done it again. He turns the Average in to Beasts. He has a large number of Professional Bodybuilders, Figure, and Swimsuit under his belt. I won't mention names because of Legalities. Even if you don't want to train but get lean and ripped through Diet-Noel Fuller is the MAN!!! I stopped lifting for 20 Years due to Back Injury. I barely Train and no Squats or Sit ups. Walk for Cardio 3 or 4 times a Week. The Key? -"Diet by Noel Fuller!" 56 years old. Thank you Noel!!!“

“There really is no one that compares with Shelly! I trained with her for over a year until I moved, and not seeing her every week was honestly one of the worst parts of moving. She is so smart and thoughtful about what she does: explains why she's having you do certain exercises, takes the time to teach you and then push you to continuously get better, and thinks about fitness in a holistic way beyond solely working out. The most fitness progress I have ever seen is when I was training with Shelly and receiving advice from her on what to be doing outside of our weekly sessions as well. “Just started going here a few months ago. Such a great change from 24 hour. The space is big, open, clean, and airy. There is usually great music that is not too loud and I have never had to wait for a machine. The staff are courteous and I love being able to use the massage beds and tanning rooms. So glad I jumped ship.“
