Like to give a shout out to the team at Fitness Alliance. In Feb 2023 they were there when I needed help jump starting my fitness. I found them via Facebook. Their care and empathy was a blessing and exactly what I needed to make a positive change. Owners (Lisa & Jordon) are excellent listeners and communicators who genuinely care about your fitness journey. I joined Fit Alliance two months ago and I love this place. The team is very professional, supportive and helpful, the gym is pretty well equipped and the programme answers the health conditions, requirements and needs of +50 person. Not only me but people around me noticed that after I started to attend the Fit Alliance I became more energetic, lost some weight (that was my goal) and even look younger! I was nervous about starting at fitness routine at 56, but Lisa, Jordan and the rest of the staff at Fit Alliance have been amazing! I feel better and to my surprise, I actually look forward to going to the gym now!
