This is a great gym for the price! I have the black card membership and it is a great value for the tanning, hydromassage and red light therapy. The gym space is clean and there is enough space to workout even when it is busy. The staff were very welcoming when I joined and they continue to be helpful.
PFOC is where it all restarted for me. The trainer helped me and my mom develop a routine to get mobility and strength back. The gym is always available, clean, and is conveniently located. It is a great value!
I just bought a membership online which was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I went in and let them know I was a new member and one of the employees, I’m so embarrassed I’m not 100% on his name but I believe it is Madex (Tall young kid, super nice) offered to and proceeded to show me around the gym. He thoroughly explained the equipment and black card perks. He has great customer service, very personable and helpful. I highly suggest the Oregon City location, great staff.
