1644 SE Clatsop St, Portland“Before I went to see Anne, I had severe upper back pain and TMJ pain; I was taking ibuprofen and Tylenol daily. After after a couple of sessions and some stretching homework from Anne, I was off the medicine. After four sessions and an over the counter night guard, my TMJ is just a nuisance until I get my appointment with my TMJ specialist. Thank you Anne!“
“I have no words to describe how much Shelly has helped me! I started seeing her postpartum for virtual personal training and then transitioned to energy work sessions (body, emotion, and belief code). In 7 months of working with her, I have learned so much about myself and we continue to dig deep and heal on a weekly basis. I refer to her as my "family healer", as she now works with my husband, daughter, and mom, and has made a profound difference for all of us. Shelly is one of the most compassionate and kind people you will meet. She is incredibly knowledge and always knows how to guide you in the right direction - I couldn't recommend her enough!“

9280 SE Foster Rd, Portland“Good range of machines for cardio and to target muscle groups. Friendly staff. Someone greets and says goodbye with every visit. Would be nice to do away with assumptions of “ma’am” or “sir” as I have been misgendered multiple times.“

5621 SE Center St, Portland“Noel Fuller is in the top 1% of Trainers on the West Coast. No nonsense approach. Such a vast knowledge of Bodybuilding, Fitness, exercise, and Diet. He has been there, done it, lifted it, tossed it, and done it again. He turns the Average in to Beasts. He has a large number of Professional Bodybuilders, Figure, and Swimsuit under his belt. I won't mention names because of Legalities. Even if you don't want to train but get lean and ripped through Diet-Noel Fuller is the MAN!!! I stopped lifting for 20 Years due to Back Injury. I barely Train and no Squats or Sit ups. Walk for Cardio 3 or 4 times a Week. The Key? -"Diet by Noel Fuller!" 56 years old. Thank you Noel!!!“

I am visiting my daughter for a month and she suggested I see if Matt would have space for me while I was in town. I am astonished to say that even with five sessions, my balance has improved, my knees feel stronger, and I feel invigorated. Thanks Matt. 10 stars!“

4943 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Portland“I've been a member of Me Fitness for a few months. I joined because I was looking for a low-key and spacious gym with free weights and limited machines. This place has absolutely exceeded my expectations. For starters, the place has ample space set aside for people to stretch or do individual exercises on their own. Most gyms fill up space with machines or ridiculously heavy weights no one uses, but not Me Fitness. Can't applaud them enough for this wise choice. Beyond that, the gym has a nice balance of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. They also appear to have a roster of personal trainers who work with clients on a 1-1 basis, which I know many people would want. They also have fitness classes, including a great looking room for yoga. What's more, the gym is very clean, well-appointed with hand cleanser, the clientele tend to be low-key regular folks from the neighborhood, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This place is a five star rating in my book.“

10319 SE 82nd Ave, Portland“Updating my review. Pleasantly surprised that the alarm chirping has been fixed. Yay! Now if we could get hand sanitizer back ?. The staff are amazing. Love working out here. HOWEVER, the alarm has been loudly chirping every minute or so for the last week and the owner hasn’t been out to fix it. Super annoying as paying members. Surprised each morning that it hasn’t been addressed. My heart goes out to the employees working long hours having to listen to it all day.“

1684 SW Wright Pl, Troutdale“It all started with Dustin being kind enough to give me some workout pointers when he saw me struggling. The rest is history. The guy has been a pit of knowledge and information, helping guide and answer any questions with training and my professional goals.
Currently being coached by Craig, and I'm excited, and happy to be learning from him. I have old back injuries, and a old wrist surgery we have to work around, and he always has a work around.
Excited to grow, and become an example, that your dream you starts with just a simple conversation. Hell yeah. ?????“

19003 S Beavercreek Rd, Oregon City“Best gym I've belonged to:
1) It is exceptionally clean, due in large part to a dedicated young man named Ryan who really takes pride in his work. No gunk or film on the machines like most gyms have.
2) I've really enjoyed the classes, taught by Sheri and Griffin. They are accessible for all levels, and totally FREE!
3) The price is very reasonable... even the Black Card membership is only 25, which enables you to use the massage chairs, etc., invite friends for free, and use any PF! And at that price, if you can't go for a month or two, you don't have to feel bad or drop.
4) They have all the equipment you could ever need, and then some!“

Well worth it as I’m already noticing positive changes in my range of motion!!“

“I needed to train before work, and even though Ryan’s mornings were already full, he made it work by meeting me at 4AM. That kind of commitment says a lot. When I overslept, he met me with grace, not judgment, and kept me encouraged.
His workouts are intense and effective. Five stars for the training, five stars for his attitude, and bonus points for the horror movie recommendations. Now whenever I hear DMX, I’m instantly reminded of surviving another session on the gym floor.“
