Wish I’d joined sooner! I’ve always tried to stay active but I never really had a clear plan. Paul listened to my goals, developed a workout for me, and I’m seeing results which has positively impacted my everyday life more than I expected. I was carrying a heavy table the other day with no problem and sort of surprised myself because there’s no way I could have done that a few months ago. Fabulous, deeply knowledgable, and caring personal trainer. He's my go to for all my fitness goals, which mostly involve the ability to be super strong in crazy positions so I can have even more fun dancing! And as a fellow health and fitness professional, he's my go to referral for all my clients and friends that want strength training. His knowledge base allows for far more than what is commonly considered strength and mobility training as well, because he knows how to bulletproof joints for any activity you wish to train for, and to facilitate graceful aging well into old age. Highly recommend!

I've never before experienced the thoughtful assessment and training that I received at Peak Condition. Paul spent a lot of time with me to determine my range of motion and to pinpoint areas to focus on building strength and flexibility. The exercises were surprising and not at all what I'd come to expect from a regular gym. Paul offered detailed coaching to make sure I was getting the most from each exercise. I am already seeing the benefits. I can't recommend this gym highly enough.

From Peak Condition

Being strong and fit is both rewarding and exhilarating -- getting there should be just as energizing. At Peak Condition you'll learn how to control and connect your body to build capacity (strength, endurance, and power) for a body that moves smoothly and is more resilient to stress. The old ideology of simply training harder isn’t good enough anymore. Be part of a scientific data-driven training program and experience the benefits our other athletes have enjoyed since 2006
