its a good place to come in and workout and its very convenient from where i live and work its 5 minutes away from each other with these gas prices im saving alot of money on gas
plus with the frequent deals they put out for the members that can save money or more privileges into a membership id say its worth it

Love this place. Staff is great. Equipment is phenomenal. One of the cleanest gym I've ever been in . I love the amenities ( pool, sauna, racquet ball, palates , basketball ball) . If you're looking for a high quality gym with fair rates I would highly recommend.
