“My heater stopped working again, after a year. Previously, I called Roth; they got it working, but I had to wait an extra day in the cold and it cost hundreds of dollars. “I just wanted to say THANKS to the Morgan team all around. They just added an AC system to my home. The entire process was simple and the work was completed QUICKLY and above all PROFESSIONALLY. If I remember correctly after speaking with him, Mike (with a different company at the time) installed the gas furnace in my home before we bought the house. “We're a few months out from our installation, so I thought I'd update:

Steven and his team came out and replaced the entire HVAC system for us at the beginning of the summer. I'm admittedly a high-maintenance customer and Steven was on-site throughout the process and after, making sure things were perfect. They even fixed something ugly the previous contractor had done.

We're hitting 100 degree days now and the system isn't even straining. House gets to and stays whatever temperature we want and we never hear it.

We're using less electricity, making less noise, with better comfort and a clean install. Highly recommended.“

“Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! (Lol) Thank you again for everything!!“

“I have had the good fortune and privilege of finding Frank to help me with all my heating and cooling needs. Frank has been my "go to guy" for the past 7 years for my properties. He and his team are really great guys who are incredibly talented and get the job done right for a more than fair price. Frank works by word of mouth recommendations and I have been recommending him to my friends and families and he has taken care of them and their HVAC needs. Over the years I have had Frank install gas furnaces and AC units in my home, my Mom's house and with old fashioned honestly and pride on his part. Most recently, I had Frank replace my 18 year old AC with a heat pump and it came out great. He installed a SEER 16, 3 Ton Goodman Heat Pump and I asked him to install a Honeywell Redlink Thermostat control unit to control our now hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system. All done in a day!
