I called because another hvac company gave me an estimate for a new thermostat and somehow broke my system. This guy was so nice, he took time out of his busy day to try to help me diagnose it over the phone via pictures. He was booked up, but still tried to help. One of a kind! Thank you for trying!
These guys took over KAPS HVAC who installed a furnace for me last year. The KAPS experience was a nightmare, but Scott at Valley View has been working to make it right. Even though the mess I was left with wasn't his fault. Need more stand-up guys like this.
