“Natalie is so patient with my two boys. They hate getting groomed but somehow Natalie is able to calm them and get the job done. She pays attention to detail and is so accommodating with the special care needed for my shih tzu’s allergies. “What an absolutely wonderful experience! This was Kaiser’s first ever groom and it was pawfect! From booking the appointment to checking in registration, meeting the groomer and on pick up even the owner. Kaiser was adorable before his groom but afterwards he looked so handsome and happy. He looked like quite the young man.

Since Kaiser’s first groom, Dog Sense has become our one and only home away from home for Kaiser for everything from grooming to doggy daycare and even boarding. The new Owners Jovan & Eddie are fantastic! The Staff are all incredible, Kimberly and Tyra are always a pleasure to deal with and Oscar gets his own 5 paws ? ? ? ? ? up from Kaiser for his wonderful work and attention during his boarding! His groomer Heidi, always does such a great job and makes him look adorable and so pupular. If you are looking for a great place and professional team to take your fur companion to, paws down; this is it!

“Always a stellar experience, the only person I’ve found willing and able to groom my ornery orange cat. A couple years ago I I had a skunked cat and phoned literally 47 grooming places before I found Moon, who was not only willing to take on the challenge but did a stellar job. “I had a great experience here. Went for a hamsters, left with a hamster and a bearded dragon. The rep George was knowledgeable, patient and kind from beginning to end. He answered all 100+ questions we had and was very gentle and understanding with the kids. I left fully prepared and knew what steps I needed to take in order to care for our new family, because of all the information he left us with.

“We've left our cat, Daisy, with Michelle on two separate getaways and have had a very positive experience both times. Michelle is extremely reliable and she seems to really understand animals. She is prompt with communication, giving updates on how our cat was doing while we were away and even sending on photos/videos. When we picked her up, Daisy was very relaxed and adjusted to being back home very easily... Each time, it felt like she had gone on her own little vacation too!
