PetSmart Vaughan is a large pet supply store known for its extensive selection of over 10,000 products for various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small pets. Customers appreciate the spacious layout and the array of items, particularly the Fresh Pet products and a wide variety of toys and snacks. The staff at this location are frequently described as friendly and knowledgeable, providing outstanding customer service.
Shoppers have noted the store's efficient checkout process, which enhances the overall experience. However, some customers have mentioned that while the staff is generally helpful, their advice may not always be the best, as pet behavior can vary greatly. Additionally, there are some concerns regarding the store's policies, particularly with fish returns, which can be inconvenient if customers need to exchange items bought at different locations.
Despite minor issues, PetSmart Vaughan remains a recommended destination for pet owners. The store's large selection, friendly environment, and efficient services make it a popular choice among pet lovers. Customers have praised the grooming services, particularly the patience and expertise of the groomers, and the availability of walk-in nail trims.
