Always enjoy shopping at PetsMart Bolton for my pets' needs. The store is well organized, clean and the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This will always be my preferred go to pet store.
The staff here are super friendly and helpful when we're looking for something. Most recently here I had to get frozen fish food and cat treats and they had exactly what I was looking for.
Arabella made my visit to Petsmart a fantastic experience. As soon as I walked through the door she greeted me with a big smile, she said hello and immediately asked me if there was anything she could help me with. Her warm welcome, enthusiasm, customer service and product knowledge made my visit the best visit I have ever had. Employees everywhere could learn a lot from Arabella. Thank you Arabella!!!
