What a fantastic cat hotel!! A thousand "Thank You's" to Michelle and Vera for taking such excellent care of my Galileo over the civic holiday long weekend. From my first contact with Michelle, communication was clear and extremely courteous. The cat condos are spotless, air conditioned and so inviting. Check-in and pick-up were scheduled by appointment, so I didn't feel rushed during the introduction and post-stay debrief. Fantastic grooming care was also provided - nails trimmed and fur de-shedded. My Galileo looks even more handsome than when I dropped him off :). Will book again for my next trip!

My cat Fooze has been coming her for years now, to get his haircuts. He is not a friendly cat to deal with while he is getting groomed and they have always done an impeccable job. Not once has he ever had a cut and they always treat him lovely even if he does behave badly. The owner has a heart of gold and I am so happy and at ease to know he is in great hands. Every time Fooze is done his grooming he is always happy.That said, I absolutely love the Lonesome Kitty and Diggity Dog team. Thank you <3 Meow.
