“I had a great experience training my puppy with Danielle. She made puppy training easy and fun. She cracks hilarious jokes too. I am glad we had Danielle as our trainer. If you want to bond with your puppy and teach him/her cool and useful tricks, definitely try out Danielle's classes.“

“Nothing but good things to say about our experience - Molly (our senior dog) had not been groomed in over 10 weeks and was a mess - the groomer (Max) was so kind and took amazing care of her and was attentive to her needs. “I like woofur. I trust them. My dogs seem happy there and the grooming is usually perfect. My one dog has had some chafing on occasion, but I suspect that's to be expected with hand stripping. Michelle is a spirited personality, for sure, but she definitely believes in what she's doing. Perhaps she comes across as arrogant, but truthfully, she's just ultra passionate. Doug, Zuleika, all the others who work there are friendly, professional, cordial, and accommodating. When there was a sudden death in my family recently, and my dogs were at the daycare that day, I called and asked if they could be boarded for a couple of nights. Without hesitation, they made accommodations for my two dogs. I appreciate them and their work very much. The cost isn't much different than other places, and I like their facility. I'm looking forward to their new facility opening soon, with an outdoor play area. There may be some negative reviews here, but that place is always hopping with clients. A few bad experiences with some people doesn't necessarily represent most others.“

“I've taken my dog and cats several times to this pet smart for grooming and all I can say is that the staff is very kind and sweet towards the animals. I never found my pets distressed after the session. The store is very big and has plenty of items and pets to adopt. This is one of the biggest pet smarts I've been to and am glad it's in my close vicinity. I highly recommend going to this store for all your pet needs.“
