“I've had several great experiences at the Maple PetSmart. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. Kyle has been an incredible help every time I visit—he's always happy to answer my questions and has given me some great advice that's been really helpful with my dog's training.

One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming the staff are, not just to customers but to the dogs as well. They always greet my dog with a smile, offer free treats, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that my dog gets excited every time we walk through the doors. It's clear the team genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommended!“

The founder Jenny has clearly created something special- every member of the team from the office staff Tracey to the walkers/boarders (too many to name!) to the groomer Karen and others over the years treats your dog like their own. Whether it’s training or boarding there is a consistent level of professionalism and compassion that really stands out. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this level of trust. Jenny the Queen alpha has called me on numerous occasions to check on our dogs after surgery or illness. “PETSMART(HighTech +Bayview)AWESOME customer service, I needed help finding a certain item,I called around, and this location,they went and checked to see if they had the certain dog collars I wanted, and told me they did, and she will put them at the Cashier for me. Excellent, Thankyou, While we were there, are PUPPY decided that was the time to have a potty ,pee,and pooh, I didn't have anything with me. Couldn't go and leave it to get something out of the car. SO A Young man was finished his shift I think,I yelled to him and he turned back and helped us clean up. Thank you Sir. Great customer service, and he never made us feel bad about our dog doing that.
