I haven’t had to come in-store for a while but returning an auto-ship order was very straightforward.
I really like their adoptable cat display. Nice with lots of levels for a temporary cat home.

I had a great experience at PetSmart, especially thanks to Clea. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient while helping me choose a hamster. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what would be best for my new little pet. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and wants customers to make the right choice rather than simply making a sale.

We specifically choose to shop at this location over any other pet store because of the amazing people who work here. The customer service is always wonderful, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the pets and people who come through the door.
We’ve also done PetSmart training with Theresa in the past, and she is absolutely wonderful with my dog. She’s incredibly patient, caring, knowledgeable, and does such a great job of teaching the fundamentals while making training a positive experience. My dog absolutely loves her, which says everything!
