I've had several great experiences at the Maple PetSmart. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. Kyle has been an incredible help every time I visit—he's always happy to answer my questions and has given me some great advice that's been really helpful with my dog's training.
One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming the staff are, not just to customers but to the dogs as well. They always greet my dog with a smile, offer free treats, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that my dog gets excited every time we walk through the doors. It's clear the team genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommended!
