Our air-conditioning unit failed on us on Friday last week and we were fortunate to have them come and see us on Friday and have the issue fixed on Monday! We are very grateful for their help and they did an awesome job.
These guys r on time , friendly and helpful in answering any inquiries

“I have used Reliance for years, the technican Nick called to say how long it would be until he arreived at my home, then he called when 2 minutes away. Once he arrived introduced himself covered his feet wirth a cloth slipper ( which was very appreciated) had the problem resolved in minutes, explained what happend and how the Water heater electronicaly reignites itself.
My only observation, the gentleman answering the phone was good very polite just seamed to have a bit of dfficulty undestanding my problem. Having said that, he was very polite and I will definitley call Reliance again“

“Got my furnace tagged in mid January because Enercare said it was unsafe. Call Guenther and their tech showed Carbon Monoxide readings were less than 4 ppm, limit is 100. Basically Enercare tried to screw us, Guenther was honest. Guess where I am buying a replacement for my old furnace from?“

“We moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake in September. The townhouse that I purchased requires an update to the HVAC system. I called Upper Canada Mechanical and Dan Plomish answered the phone on the first ring. As soon as I described the system that I have he knew the complex where my home is located and has done work for some of my neighbours. Dan and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and began the task to remove the old system to get a much more energy efficient and quiet system in the house. They put down work mats and were careful to make sure our two house cats didn't get out the door as they came and went. I am confident that I wasn't be sold anything more than what I need to accomplish my goal. We are extremely happy with the job that was done as well as with the equipment that was installed. I would highly recommend Dan if you need any HVAC work. On a side note, as we are new to the area, Dan was great at giving us the names of other local contractors, plumbers, etc. with whom he has confidence. “Fabulous customer service!

I called Jamie Janzen Plumbing and Heating January 30th 2026 for a furnace issue in the morning. The Goodman furnace had failed at my elderly parents home.

I spoke with the friendly woman named Jennifer who answered. She took my info and advised that a tech would be responding and will contact me when enroute.

The fool I am thought I had fixed it and canceled the service call. MacGyver I'm not and I'll stay in my lane next time because I in fact did not fix it.

I called back to rebook the visit. She was still friendly and very likely amused at my embarrassment and mumbling admission of failure after previously proclaiming my greatness.

Anyway this legend named Brett showed up and did this mystical voodoo magic stuff and fixed the furnace. My parents will not become mom and popsicles.

In all seriousness, when needed the most they delivered with professionalism, great attitude and timeliness. Total class act company top to bottom.
