Our furnace started blowing cold air last night, so this morning we called and we’re thankful that we were able to get to an appointment for Elmer to come take a look. Not only was he able to show up much earlier than expected, but he was friendly and knowledgeable. His patience, skill and willing to educate cushioned the blow of the unexpected expense and we are happy to have heat again and happier to recommend the services of Elmer and the company.

If you need an attentive Furnace maintenance company call Williams Kool Heat. Last week we had a seemingly failing 6 year Carrier furnace. The lady WKH shop helped me get the right person for the job within the day of my call. Elmer (the technician) at WKH solved my issue in one call. His experience with what seems to be a design flaw in the Carrier models used in many the houses in our 6 year old development was outstanding.
