Enercare has been our Go To for our every “around-the-house problems” since our residence in Scarborough. However, after retirement and our move to Niagara Falls, being senior citizens already, we relied more and more on their services. We have purchased every services (maybe one more left) they have offered to us that have come in handy as we have called them several times. The servicemen that came to our home have come more than once, since it is a small area so same people are able to come for the same problem. They have felt to us like our family. Aaron and David did an incredible job -- replacement of old furnace with a new shiny one. I never met such thorough technicians willing to make an extra mile to reach the highest standards of quality and safety. Technician Jeff S, installers Doug and Wade, and salesmen Michael P. were all fantastic. Diagnostic was quick and efficient, Michael was quick to respond and fit the install of a new furnace in the schedule, and the installers went above and beyond, even fixing things beyond their scope. Clean and friendly.
