Unfinished Installation, No Follow-Up – Extremely Disappointed
We purchased and installed an air conditioner from Mr. Furnace, and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. When we first spoke with the salesperson, we were told that someone named “Vince” would return within a week to complete the remaining work.
However, as of today—more than a month later—nothing has been finished. The job site was left incomplete, as you can see in the attached photo, and no one has followed up or contacted us to schedule a proper finish. We've been left completely in the dark and feel abandoned.
We trusted this company based on their reputation, but this level of service is unacceptable. We sincerely hope Mr. Furnace sees this and takes action—not just for us, but to ensure other customers don't go through the same frustrating experience.

Service and installation were good but do not use their recommended energy auditor. It's been almost a year and I am still waiting for him to submit my post audit for the HER + program. I did notify Mr. Furnace of the issue and they said they would try to help but that was weeks ago and no solution. Stay away from Sean at Eco advantage energy advisors and find your own auditor with good reviews
We had Matthew (Matt) come and maintence our furnace as we have a monthly subscription with Mr furnace for our ac and furnace unit. He’s actually come to our home a few times now, and I would like to put a positive review about him always exceptional service and on time. He is a friendly face and everytime he visits he goes above and beyond to explain my questions and is very thorough . Thankyou Matt for your service !
