Called Mr Furnace early in the morning because the house was cold. Andrew came and found the problem right away. The part had to be ordered because the supplier was out of stock. As soon as it was available Andrew returned and got the furnace working. It has been working well. The service was excellent and I plan on asking for Andrew to service our heating and air conditioning.Mr. Furnace serviced my furnace and sent Dan Swords. Great customer service. Answered my question, and gave my furnace a cleaning. Checked to make sure it was working properly. Thank you for sending another great service person to my home!
