“We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced today. The technician arrived actually 15 minutes early and completed the job quicker than expected. When they left everything was spotlessly cleaned. The technicians made sure we understood the features of our new equipment before leaving. The best part was the price for the job including a new humidifier, WiFi thermostat, and upgraded air cleaner was significantly less than we expected. “Like many reviewers, my first experience with Sunset was through the internet/phonebook. That was 25 years ago. I have used Sunset for all of my plumbing needs since then. I find them to be extremely responsive! My most recent issue was a sewer issue. Part of the cap on the outside pipe had broken off and lodged down the pipe, against the trap. While snaking seemed to solve the issue, it was not a long term solution. It appeared we were looking at digging up the lawn to retrieve the piece. However, John had an idea and came back with a tool to grab the cap piece! It worked and saved $6000! I highly recommend Sunset for all of your plumbing needs!“
