“What a great experience hiring Monties Heating . My furnace was not working when I woke up ,the house was cold so I decided to call Monties heating , I read reviews so I called them . They were very busy and I didn't expect them to make it out today but at about 5.30 pm the owner Rob called and said he was on his way . Rob showed up he was uniformed and he even wore shoe covers . Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.“

“Well we called for routine service and Jim was very kind fast reliable and turned a service call into a disaster averted thank God for Jim. Apparently co2 was trapped in a back soot covered duct and was unable to escape through ventilation so he cleaned and repaired and now possible future crisis averted and he did this all in 1 day. “I called for service on my 40 year old boiler late afternoon on a Friday they were going to come out as soon as Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t make Monday work and I said Friday’s are best for my schedule they were very accommodating and put me first on their schedule for that next Friday. The day of service they were right on time. They went right to diagnosing my issue and figured it out right away. It was honestly an easy solution that I was careless to have missed. Regardless of my stupidity they did not treat me like an idiot and they took the time to answer questions I had about my system. They were very professional and it was a good value. “Called to inquire about a 'loudly banging' hot water tank that was thought to need only a flush. Sam squeezed us in the very next day to replace our old unit, informing us we were close to having our 20 year old tank explode due to the sediment build up. I am super thankful Sam was able to get out here so quickly. He was transparent in the cost, very professional, & meticulously cleaned the area after. Our last call to him was 2 years prior for a furnace repair & fortunately have not had any issues since. Clearly, the job was done right the first time. Same will be our only call going forward.“
“Today we had our furnace, AC and hot water tank replaced by O'Donnell heating and air conditioning. They arrived on time, and immediately started to remove and replace. Nick and his crew did fabulous work, removed and cleaned up the old equipment too! Definitely would recommend this company. Joe had left his company’s contact information on the boiler from the prior owner, so we called and he came over the next day to begin triaging the problem. “Had Joe do work on my boiler a couple years ago, very satisfied. Yesterday I had them do a tune-up, once again very satisfied. Did not try to sell a new boiler or anything. Said it was in good order.“
