Reliance Customer Service and its products is explained in their name, Reliance. This is my second purchase with the company and I am loving it, I will never hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Sheldon, Tak and Courtney you are the most professional people I have met for the longest time. So competent in your service delivery it's awesome! Your products are of the best quality and standard.You are patient and go step by step in exploring and explaining products to your clients.I appreciate your hard work and dedication to good quality service . 10 stars?

Tom came promptly at 4 pm. Very kind and made me feel comfortable. At this point I have had no heat in 3 days. Tom assessed, discussed without pressure and drove to Hamilton at 5 pm to get a motor to get me heat. Such a nice guy and professional. 5 stars to reliance.

Excellent customer service, repair man answered any question I had. Boiler fixed and working great..Set you guys up with neighbours for installing a new boiler. Nice to see that they will be getting a new boiler, and I know you will do a great job. Hope there is a small kickback for me for sending Reliance to do a quote and getting the job. Lol would be nice
