I have used Reliance for years, the technican Nick called to say how long it would be until he arreived at my home, then he called when 2 minutes away. Once he arrived introduced himself covered his feet wirth a cloth slipper ( which was very appreciated) had the problem resolved in minutes, explained what happend and how the Water heater electronicaly reignites itself.
My only observation, the gentleman answering the phone was good very polite just seamed to have a bit of dfficulty undestanding my problem. Having said that, he was very polite and I will definitley call Reliance again
