“We've had a series of plumbing issues in our old house, including a collapsed sewer pipe, a cracked main stack, and clogged downspouts. Each time, Toby Mersinger from HW Bryk & Sons has come to the rescue. Toby takes pride in his work - he explains clearly what the issue is and how he is going to resolve it. He is patient with his work - he never forces anything. We were told a decade ago that our front downspout was clogged beyond clearing - we would have to dig up the downspout and replace it which would cost a few thousand dollars to replace. We rigged the downspout to flow onto our front lawn instead. Toby, however, patiently cleared the downspout - grinding the mess and Shop Vac-ing it up, bit by bit. Now the downspout works as it's supposed to for the first time in years. He also repairs only what is necessary - he doesn't try to convince you that you need to start over. Cannot recommend his services enough!“

“We moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake in September. The townhouse that I purchased requires an update to the HVAC system. I called Upper Canada Mechanical and Dan Plomish answered the phone on the first ring. As soon as I described the system that I have he knew the complex where my home is located and has done work for some of my neighbours. Dan and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and began the task to remove the old system to get a much more energy efficient and quiet system in the house. They put down work mats and were careful to make sure our two house cats didn't get out the door as they came and went. I am confident that I wasn't be sold anything more than what I need to accomplish my goal. We are extremely happy with the job that was done as well as with the equipment that was installed. I would highly recommend Dan if you need any HVAC work.
