One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. Both guys were very professional and were constantly working on swapping out the pipes and adding any new lines where needed. The job took two days and they made sure they could turn the water back on before they left the first night so I wasn’t without water. Another plumber tried telling me I had to get rid of all steel and copper pipes, and to replace every pipe I had, but the guys at Hertel plumbing were honest and only quoted the work that actually needed to be done.
