Being a first-time homeowner has been daunting to say the least, and it’s been a challenge finding trustworthy and reliable tradespeople to assist with whatever might pop up.I reached out to Furnace Pros and was impressed with Travis' quick response to my request for maintenance on my furnace. He scheduled me in as quickly as possible and his communication was stellar.Ben was the service technician that showed up to complete the routine maintenance. He was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely thorough. I can’t say enough good things about these guys! My furnace stopped working, these guys showed up first thing the next morning, got it running again immediately and they didn’t even charge me. Honestly one of the best services I have received. Furnace was not heating the home. Called them up , got an appointment pretty much right away and they fixed the issue.Customer service on point as well with quick replies.The tech Jason was great!Wish we had y’all in the GTA. Thanks !
