“Marco coached my teen son and we can't say enough positive things about him! He was an absolute pleasure to interact with - super nice, professional, easy to reach, flexible, excellent communicator and responded to texts very quickly. My son loved working with him and it was evident how knowledgeable and experienced he is in soccer. Above all this, his teaching/coaching skills are excellent and this resulted in improvement in my son's ability as well as his confidence. Truthfully, it is the only experience he asked to attend more often than scheduled, which told us a lot. Thank you Marco!!! “Raw Fitness is the perfect place where you can actually see your results while having lots of fun! I've trained with both Raji and Kirn since September 2021, specifically doing Personal Training as well as Group Classes.My husband and I started off with them doing Personal Training leading up to our wedding and it was the best decision for us. Both Raji and Kirn understood our strengths, worked to improve our weaknesses and were extremely encouraging and accommodating when it came to not only fitness but also our nutrition. They certainly kept up accountable and the results were clearly shown from our wedding pictures!They spend a lot of time with each of their clients to really understand the needs while also creating a fun, positive, judgement free environment, which is extremely important to me. I've met so many amazing people via group classes as well!Thank you Raji and Kirn for being the best coaches and friends and for continuing to train me :) Highly recommend this place!“

“I had the pleasure of training with Mustafa who truly made a difference in my life. Before joining the program, I was hesitant due to past experiences with ineffective training methods for my chronic hip joint pain. However, he create a training program for me focusing on lower body and leg exercises that strengthen my hip muscles.The results we've accomplished together have been nothing short of amazing. Not only did my chronic hip pain reduce significantly, but I also noticed a significant improvement in my lower body strength and flexibility. With the Osteopathy background, I knew Carla was the right trainer.I looked forward to train with Carla because she made the session so interesting and tireless and at the same time I felt so much energetic after. “Brandon was really nice, and showed me the entire gym. I would join this gym just for the massage chair- it’s INSANE. I’m glad Brandon suggested i use it before I had to sit in the air port all night. I came in as a drop in because of delayed flights- and the gym was very friendly and accommodating. Tonnes of room, great amenities, had everything you need for functional fitness, lifting, body building, stretching, among other fitness options! Clean change rooms and friendly staff!“

“I just started my membership here and wanted to say thank you to all the staff that helped me decide on what to go with. Brooke was super helpful over the phone, her kindness and patience with all my questions confirmed I wanted to go in to get my membership. Malcolm was the one who got me setup, I really appreciate how he took an hour of his time to answer all my questions and ensure I was getting the best plan for my needs. They didn’t not push anything onto me which I really appreciated, because most gyms try to push the most expensive membership on you. He took me for a tour around the gym and answered all my questions about the machines, the classes, the amenities. And lastly Sajia was the trainer I saw for my free consultation. She kindly guided me through all the steps I needed to take to improve my mobility and my general health. She was very sweet and understanding, I didn’t feel any judgement at all. I really appreciate all the staff here, they make you feel at home and have a lot of patience & care for your needs. Definitely going to refer some people to this gym, 10/10 experience in just my first couple of days!“

“After experiencing a life altering knee injury (patellar fracture… iykyk), I am finally feeling ready to work back the muscle I lost while recovering. I’ve been really nervous about jumping back into fitness and a bit shy to seek out the extra help I need from a trainer, but within a short few minutes Sandeep not only helped me get set up with a membership, but also a trainer who would be “the best fit” for me, making sure they understood my injury and what we’d both be in for. “Honestly been to a lot of locations within Ontario. This location is hands down the best. Lighting is good. Staff is courteous and friendly. Location is very clean. They have the best equipment with multiple benches and racks. The biggest thing for me is the community, For the most part everyone seems to put their weights away. Everyone seems respectful and humble. I’m normally a 5 min drive from another location. But whenever I can. I would rather go out my way to go to this location. Keep up the good work!“

“Very friendly staff that is engaging with the members always, which makes u feel welcome and at home every time I visit.. The equipment and facilities are well maintained and updated regularly. Very clean environment,. ( which I love ❤️) it's a non-judgmental facility that makes me feel like I'm not out of place while working out. The equipment has QR codes that you can scan that give you videos to watch so you can use the equipment with ease when you have no training or a trainer. I find them extremely helpful as well as useful, especially being a beginner at all of this. My favorite room is the 30 minute workout where I can get a full complete workout in 30 mins. Who ever came up with this idea is a genius, thank you.The membership fees are the lowest around ( BONUS ) To top it off they have tanning rooms which I'm in love with, I have psoriasis and the hydro tanning machine not only gives me a great tan, it also has red light therapy which helps my skin..THIS GYM HITS ALL MY TARGETS..100% THATS WHY I RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS..“
