Incredible place to workout and even better facility! The folks at the front desk (Binoy, Arti, Ish, Tara) were gracious. Also, the facility has great equipment including steam room, sauna and cold plunge. Highly recommend!

This location is a wonderful location. So much to do and not enough time to do it kind of thing lol. The cold plunge is, well cold, the whirlpool, sauna and steam room are all in tip top shape and great after a hard workout.
That being said, cleanliness leaves a whole lot to be desired. While the management and maintenance staff can and should do more about it, it's not all on them per se. A gym manager can make a nasty person clean, nasty gym goers are nasty gym goers and they need to do better for themselves. Unfortunately this gym is plagued with nasty people.

I love the Zumba instructors Jason and Poonam .They are incredible.I love the music they play and also their steps are so easy to copy and I really love their class and their vibes so good .
