Hamilton Fitness Academy | Personal Training
“Working with Dom has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Everything is genuinely personalized, not just workouts, but the way goals are set, adjusted, and actually made realistic for real life. There’s a strong focus on building habits, not quick fixes, which has made the progress feel sustainable (and sane).
Accountability is a big one. Somehow I’m always motivated to show up and do the work, even on days I’d normally negotiate with myself. I’m constantly set up for success, whether that’s through clear plans, realistic expectations, or small tweaks that make a big difference over time.
What I appreciate most is feeling supported without being micromanaged. It’s structured, thoughtful, and effective with just enough push to keep me moving forward. Would recommend if you want results and your sanity intact.
Shoutout to Jake for pushing me to take the first step — best kind of nudge. And honestly, every trainer here is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested, so no matter who you train with, you’re in very good hands.”
