Marco coached my teen son and we can't say enough positive things about him! He was an absolute pleasure to interact with - super nice, professional, easy to reach, flexible, excellent communicator and responded to texts very quickly. My son loved working with him and it was evident how knowledgeable and experienced he is in soccer. Above all this, his teaching/coaching skills are excellent and this resulted in improvement in my son's ability as well as his confidence. Marco's been my trainer my the past year and I'm so happy to have guide my workouts. He's very knowledgable, and really cares about you getting fitter.I injured my lower back with a combination of a sedentary lifestyle and some intense soccer games. Marco worked out a plan with my chiropractor and helped me recover safely and get back to playing.He also personalized my workout to introduce elements of soccer ensuring I get the most from my workouts by staying engaged. He's fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Marco's services!

Marco has been my trainer for many years. After many years of punishing my body in a start up, I had 4 months to train for a Patagonia O-circuit hike. Marco takes all credit for making the impossible, possible. Thanks to him I had a great trip and I have since then learnt a lot from him to improve my lifestyle for ever.
