“Absolutely love this place. Have been a member for 5 years. Overall I prefer small scale, community type of facilities. Pure motivation is exactly that. The owner knows each client and caters to their needs. I was able to achieve my body goal in 2 month.”
“Joy has helped me tremendously. From the beginning Joy made sure I was capable of doing the routine she set out for me and was doing it correctly. As I progressed in my fitness routine Joy changed my routine not only to help improve my fitness but to ensure I didn’t get bored with the same plan. Joy was able to help me cope post physio and work with me to get past any physical limitations I had and that is above and beyond . Thank you Joy! You are amazing!”

He takes the time to understand your goals, encourages you every step of the way, and creates an environment where you feel confident and supported.
The gym is always clean, safe, and professionally run, making it a place you actually look forward to coming to.
