Andrew at MD HVAC Solutions rushed over for a quick diagnosis and then single-handedly handled everything from there, including working with the manufacturer on what could could be replaced under warranty, expediting the delivery of a new unit, and getting everything back up and running as soon as possible (very much appreciated as cold showers are no fun!). The work was fast, friendly, and cost effective. The company navigated some push back from the manufacturer which limited our costs and expedited the final delivery of a replacement (what took a couple days could have easily taken weeks).
