“I went in today to ask about some fittings for my toilet. I recently got a bidet from japan, and because they have different standards for plumbing all the sizes were different than domestic fittings. After going to both home hardware and home depot (after 5, so one stop was closed), they both suggested i go to one stop plumbing. Went there today, and the lady working the store found the fittings I needed in about 5 minutes and explained everything as she was looking. I was also expecting the parts to come out to significantly more than what they did. All in all a good experience, and great customer service.“

So great to have an expert — sometimes two — going through the house to make sure shut-off valves are working and spotting things before they become an issue.
