CJ Brubacher Ltd
“I had an excellent experience with CJ and the team for the replacement of our water heater.
I actually know CJ and the team through work, as they are one of our contractors and we recently worked together on a church project. When I needed to replace the water heater at my own home, I reached out to Ryan for a quote.
When Ryan came to look at everything before preparing the quote, I was immediately reassured by how knowledgeable he was. He’s also a genuinely nice guy, which I already knew from working with him. Because I already had confidence in their work, I didn’t even feel the need to get a second or third quote from another contractor, which is something I would normally do for a project like this.
For the installation, Liam led the team along with two other guys whose names I unfortunately didn’t get. I also knew Liam from the church project, so I already knew he was good at what he does. Seeing him and the team work at my house confirmed it.
They were professional from the moment they arrived. You could tell they had a proper process and SOP they followed, which is something I really appreciate and don’t always see with contractors. Even small details stood out to me — like making sure their truck was parked properly on the right side of the road. Those little things showed me that they were thoughtful and professional.
The installation involved replacing our traditional tank water heater with a tankless system, so it was a fairly involved job and took about three-quarters of the day. Everything went smoothly. Liam’s 10+ years of experience really showed, especially when he explained how the new system works and walked us through everything after the installation.
By the end of the day, we were very happy with the work. It’s hard to find good contractors you can genuinely trust, and I feel their pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved.
And honestly, one of the best feelings is walking into my mechanical room now, seeing the new water heater, and feeling completely satisfied with how everything turned out. 😄
Thank you to Ryan, Liam, and the whole team for doing such a great job. Highly recommended!”
