Since I was already contemplating buying rather than renting, this was a good a time as any, but it put me in a time crunch. It's November and the weather is now cold, so my family of 5 can't go long without hot water.
I got several quotes, and Crystal was the only one able to rush the install. Trevor came out within the hour to inspect, and the install was scheduled for the next morning. You can't get faster service than that!

“We had a flood in April after the ice storm and then the heavy snow the following day, so wanted the sump pump fixed before winter hit.
We had a good experience with this company. Had 2 men come in and put in a back up sump pump, they explained the procedure and how long it would take. Now, if the sump pump can't keep up, it now has an alarm that we can hear all the way upstairs. It has a battery back up incase the first one doesnt work. They were quick and efficient and the sump pump was a pretty good price, as I did shop around. They also installed a toilet that needed replacing in the ensuite. The toilet was a higher one and we are overall happy with the work and their professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
