“I did wait almost 90 after my appointment time but I must say they were great with my cat. Which I may add has never been to a vet.I was told I would get a call back on bloodwork and didn't receive it.I stopped in and they were quite busy. waited to see a vet about the blood work. Unfortunately I had to leave. Mind you a short time later a vet called and made time to let me know the results even though they were busy. So in the end couple hiccups but Beatties did a great job over all.“

“They are warm and welcoming. They took amazing care of both of my dogs. Expensive, but worth it. My older dog has anxiety about a lot of things and they took the time to get his needles done. My younger dog just had his first shots and they took the time to make sure he was calm and felt safe, especially because my older dog is very protective of me and his little brother. I recommend this place if you want the care you feel your companion deserves.“
“I love this place. I have been taking my fur baby here for nine years. Chris and all the staff are amazing. My dog Argos gets excited when he hears Chris’ voice, he is never afraid to go there. They give great help and do everything they can for him, he has been a challenge. I would never go anywhere else, I trust them with Argos. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST EVER, ESPECIALLY CHRIS. Thank you all“

“When I moved to Hamilton it was important to me to find a reputable and ethical vet. I asked the "So you think you're moving to Hamilton" Facebook Group for recommendations of good vet clinics that have a "no declawing" policy. I think there was about 20+ recreations for VCA Canada Kingsway in response to my question. I've been bringing my two cats here for nearly two years now. The entire staff and all the doctors have been great at communicating and facilitating the best treatment plans and finding cost savings where possible - always doing and recommending what is best for my fur babies.Furthermore because they are a VCA Canada clinic, they have a lot of good technological resources to add a layer of convenience - such as the myVCA app, and quick fast electronic payment options. They always instantly send you detailed treatment plans to help you make informed decisions, both the staff and the doctors are very quick to follow up with text messages and phone calls.I have complete trust in them and highly recommend this clinic.“
