VCA Canada Kingsway Animal Hospital
“Your VCA Kingsway veterinary clinic was a lifesaver Saturday and thanks to Alyssa or Alicia (I may have her name wrong) she was able to help immensely.
We stepped up for a friend whose home had a small fire yesterday and they enlisted our help by taking in their pomchi. In the excitement of the fire and all that is involved to relocate yourself and your belongings we were provided with only one can of prescription dog food. Being familiar with a dog who requires special dietary food only available through a vet clinic we knew we couldn't purchase it from a pet shop. A quick call to VCA Kingsway Saturday afternoon just after 2 pm to find out if they had this specific Digestive i/d dog food was alleviated when Alyssa confirmed there were 11 cans in their stock available.
As their clinic closes at 3pm on Saturdays we quickly drove over and made our purchase that was already at the front counter for us, and we're not a client. Excellent work and thank you!”
