“We have been going to Watzin Clinic for 6 years now since we picked up our Chocolate lab Harper. She pulls to the door, can’t wait to get on the scale so she can get a liver treat. The girls are also so sweet with her. She never gives them a problem and she loves every single one of them. Any of the vets we’ve visited over the years, have been so loving and caring & all have given the time for questions and any additional concerns we may have. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. 10 out of 10 every time.“

“If you are looking for a great veterinarian, I highly recommend Waterdown Animal Hospital (WAH). The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and the fees are very  reasonable.

There is an old idea that rural vets are less expensive than those located in a city or town. That is not the case at WAH. I formerly used 'country' vets in Flamborough and was pleasantly shocked by the lower fees at such a convenient full-service animal hospital in town.

I had an urgent health problem with my pet the first time I contacted WAH for feline dental surgery. They saw us right away. The professional veterinarians walked me through the options for care and patiently answered all my questions.

It can be distressing when our furbabies are not well and I am thankful for the wonderful doctors and staff for making the situation as easy as it could be for both of us.

I am confident that they prioritize my pet's best interest. I felt completely at ease dropping off my kitty for a subsequent surgical procedure, knowing she would be handled gently by knowledgeable people. Every member of the medical and support team was kind and caring and took the time to comfort my shy anxious kitty.

Waterdown Animal Hospital provides top-notch medical care for your pet at beyond reasonable fees. I have never before left a review for anything, but I felt compelled to share my experience at WAH in the hopes it will help another pet parent when they are searching for care for their beloved pet.“

“So i've brought my cat kitty there twice. She's still peeing outside the box and they gave me stuff.But she was foaming at the mouth.So I threw it out. She hasn't been going number 2 so they gave me other medicine i gave it to my other cat. It's been about two weeks, and she's finally going. I took up the dry food for over a week. In the wet food, I would put a little pumpkin, a little misolax, and this other white powder. And I would add extra water and mix it all up. By the end of the day, what they didn't eat.I would leave by their dry food and water. It's very scary when they haven't gone for over a week. In fact is very dangerous. I think they're back on track. All this hard work has paid off. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic. I would definitely go back when it's time. I wanted to put down kitty when she was urinating outside the. Box. The vet said, no, because she's still a very healthy cat. Thank god she didn't listen to me and I still have her with me.“

“10/10 experience with Dr. Silveira.

We took our 4-year-old small girl to Dr. Silveira for the very first time, and it was such a pleasant experience for my partner, me, and most importantly, our dog. She is adopted and, due to her past, she is quite anxious and fearful.

Dr. Silveira is the first vet we’ve encountered who took the extra, extra time to comfort our girl before anything else. Our girl’s mood remained stable and not as nervous because Dr. Silveira and this clinic uses a “fear-free” method. Dr. Silveira did not coerce or “pin down” the animal; instead, she worked around our girl’s boundaries. We saw it with our own eyes, and it made a world of difference in our girl’s comfort level, who is currently napping away peacefully :)

I also appreciated how detailed Dr. Silveira’s notes are (compared to our last vet who barely wrote anything after a visit). Front reception was super kind and attentive too!

Despite the 45-minute to 1-hour drive, the exceptional tender care, professionalism and expertise we receive are more than worth the traffic. We would do anything for our girl and are just incredibly happy we found the perfect match.
