While some customers found the pricing to be a bit pricey, the company is accommodating to individual needs. The support team is helpful, although some attempts to upsell services were made. Overall, customers are happy with the service and have their expectations exceeded.
I had a fantastic experience with East York Drain & Plumbing Sewer Drain Cleaning Inc, and I wanted to share it because it’s becoming harder and harder to find companies that genuinely care about their customers. Our issue started with a water leak under the kitchen sink. At first, it seemed like a minor drip, but over a couple of days it got much worse and started soaking the inside of the cabinet. We were worried about water damage and needed someone to come out as soon as possible.

I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but the service we received from East York Drain & Plumbing Sewer Drain Cleaning Inc truly deserved one. We had a stressful situation when our basement drain suddenly backed up and water started collecting on the floor. It happened at the worst possible time, and we were worried about potential damage if it wasn’t dealt with quickly.
