I just had my Penelope 2 (wall bed/sofa version) installed in my condo. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the purchase – I live in a small apartment, so for me this was truly a game changer. While the price of the furniture might seem high at first, you have to think about what you’re truly getting out of the purchase: a high-quality queen size bed, a stylish and a comfortable sofa, a very comfortable mattress that guarantees you a good night’s sleep and – above all – lots of space in your room that went to waste before! If you had to purchase all of those pieces of furniture separately, the total cost would far exceed the price of Penelope 2.

The manufacturing and craftsmanship are top notch and the installation was done meticulously and with outmost care. Countless thanks to Chris and his team from Resource Furniture who have helped me throughout the purchasing process and who have been very accommodating with all the installation arrangements (including a follow up visit for wiring optional built-in lights, which I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking about buying a wall bed). I know there are many companies that sell similar products, but in my long research of the market I haven’t been able to come across anything that approaches the quality, the style and the service of what Resource Furniture offers.“

“I ordered a dongle thingy so that I could control my blinds with Google Home. Even thought it was backordered, he moved mountains to get it to me quickly. It was quick and easy to put in and now I have automated the opening and closing of my blinds each day! Highly recommend them.“

Daisy in the showroom was also wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and patient with us while we made our decisions. Both our Project Manager and Daisy were very accommodating when we made changes to our countertop and backsplash design during the process, even after we had already finalized our initial plans. We really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with us.

The installers were also excellent. They were very professional and did a fantastic job removing our old granite and installing the new quartz countertops. What really stood out to us was how careful they were throughout the entire installation to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible. They clearly took pride in their work.

The finished countertops look great, and my wife and I are very happy with the result. A big thank you to our Project Manager, Daisy, and the installation team for making the whole experience such a positive one. “I was a returning client. Payvand and his team first fixed our floors about a year ago, and I was very happy with the results. That positive experience led me to hire him again to renovate our bathrooms and upgrade the kitchen.

Appreciated harvey coming over to consult (though he did charge a fee for this, which was subsequently deducted from my final bill when I placed the order). Order was received in the timeline he committed to, and Harvey came by to check that I was happy with the installation before the installer left. All in all a positive experience and Im very happy with my blinds.“
