EAST YORK DRAIN & PLUMBING SEWER DRAIN CLEANING INC
“I had a fantastic experience with East York Drain & Plumbing Sewer Drain Cleaning Inc, and I wanted to share it because it’s becoming harder and harder to find companies that genuinely care about their customers. Our issue started with a water leak under the kitchen sink. At first, it seemed like a minor drip, but over a couple of days it got much worse and started soaking the inside of the cabinet. We were worried about water damage and needed someone to come out as soon as possible.
Kevin was the plumber who handled the job, and he was excellent from beginning to end. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and immediately took the time to inspect everything before jumping into the repair. Rather than just fixing the visible leak, he checked the surrounding pipes, fittings, and shut-off valves to make sure there weren’t any other hidden issues that could cause problems later.
He explained that one of the supply lines had deteriorated over time and that there was also a loose connection contributing to the leak. I really appreciated how he explained everything in simple terms and never made us feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. He laid out the options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing before getting started.
Kevin worked carefully and treated our home with respect. He wore protective shoe covers, cleaned up after himself, and made sure the area was spotless before leaving. Once the repair was complete, he didn’t just assume everything was fine. He tested the sink multiple times, checked for even the smallest signs of leakage, and waited to make sure everything was working perfectly.
What impressed me the most was Kevin’s attitude. He was patient, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right instead of rushing to the next appointment. He even shared a few maintenance tips that could help us avoid similar plumbing problems in the future, which was something he certainly didn’t have to do.
The pricing was fair, transparent, and exactly what we had been quoted. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for this company.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service from East York Drain & Plumbing Sewer Drain Cleaning Inc. Kevin’s professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services, and I won’t hesitate to call them again the next time I need a plumber. Thank you, Kevin, for the exceptional service!”
