“Very prompt and reliable technician but unfortunately after cleaning one of the rugs ( a cheaper one ) it dried all bunched up. Upholstery cleaning was great.

UPDATE - Would like to add further comments - after the incident with the cheaper rug, Reliable promptly offered to take it away to try to stretch it - not fault of Reliable, likely the quality of the rug. Was very impressed by their effort to try and rectify. Also had picked up two other rugs, which they had needed to do outside my home, and made efforts to schedule pick up promptly and conveniently. Excellent service. Will also share reviews when those rugs returned. Highly recommend them, as they take time and effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. Impressive.“

The two-man crew who actually repaired my foundation were focused, hard-working guys who really knew their business. They worked steady and hard all the while they were here. It's an efficient and professional work routine they have.
