I was very nervous because I had heard from other girls that the procedure could be very painful, but in my case the pain was very manageable, around a 3 to 5 out of 10.

Nurse Maya was excellent very gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. She constantly checked on how I was feeling, which made me feel comfortable and safe.
I would also like to thank Daniela at the front desk. Since Spanish is my first language, she helped me communicate and guided me through everything with kindness and patience.
The best part was the results. My lips look very natural and beautifully balanced, exactly what I was hoping for.
