Ten years ago, when there was a government rebate available, I called Poulson to come out and give me a quote on a new boiler. The guy was honest enough to tell me my boiler was fine and didn’t need replacing. I swore if I ever needed to call an HVAC repair I would call Poulson again. Well this week my boiler wouldn’t fire up so I called and had them send someone out. Again, the technician was so professional and honest, serviced my boiler, cleaned up afterward, we’re warm again and the bill was fair.
