“Arrived when they said. They worked hard until the job was done, tested, and cleaned up. This was an entire system replacement, coming in thousands less than another big-name company. Even though there were a few things, which I feel, would have incurred additional charges, the quoted price was honored. We had been without AC at the beginning of a weekend. We contacted owner, Mark Kaserman, on Sunday night, and he showed up Monday morning to assess not only the HVAC, but suggested ways to improve airflow and duct changes.
All work was done within 48 hours after his assessment. Did I mention this was a total system replacement of a 27 year old unit?
It had been 89 degrees in our home for four days…our butter had melted, toothpaste liquified, and we wet ourselves down, as well as our two dogs, before stationing ourselves in front of several fans.
