Then I remembered that Jared had helped me with my AC the last time i needed a repair. He came by and found a few problems with my AC. It was helpful to get his opinion on why replacement was the right choice. I was hoping to do just a repair because I intend to sell the house this year, and who wants to buy a new AC?! She’s fully transparent with the issues I had with my A/C, also with the cost of repairs. The technician, Phillip, was so polite and eager to help me with any issue that arose. He drove 45 minutes round trip to get a mounting bracket for the blower motor replacement! So thankful :) I got my blower motor replaced, a fan cleaning, and a new capacitor (courtesy of Lashar). However, first thing in the morning they called me and let me know they would be replacing my unit that it was under warranty. They were very professional very fast and easy to deal with.
