She’s fully transparent with the issues I had with my A/C, also with the cost of repairs. The technician, Phillip, was so polite and eager to help me with any issue that arose. He drove 45 minutes round trip to get a mounting bracket for the blower motor replacement! So thankful :) I got my blower motor replaced, a fan cleaning, and a new capacitor (courtesy of Lashar).
