“From start to finish, my experience with Adam's Air Care was outstanding. We are selling our house and getting the duct work joints sealed was part of our inspection report. I am so glad I chose this company.
Adam was great to talk to and scheduled our appointment very quick. We hired them based on my interaction with Adam when he did the initial inspection. The day of our appointment, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and introduced each member of the crew. Gavin was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what they were going to do, showed me the areas they were going to treat, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
The cleaning itself was extremely thorough. They walked me though my home asking for items that need to be protected and were courteous about meetings I had (I work from home) to be at a different part of the house during my scheduled meeting times.
What really stood out was the honesty and transparency. They showed before-and-after photos, explained the work in plain language, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. The price was fair for the level of detail and care they provided.”
