We purchased a system several years ago. They come out twice a year to make sure everything is working well. We moved and the they moved our maintenance program over to the new house. They are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Solid checkup from Gordon’s for winter. Jimmy was thorough with my plumbing questions, and Hernan was great at covering all aspects of my heating and air conditioning. He even closed the gate to my backyard when he left. I’d be happy to have either technician out again.
We found out that we had a slab leak, which was devastating news especially right before the holidays. We reached out to Gordon’s, and Mike Boyle was the plumber assigned to help us. He was a consummate professional from the jump. We called out a leak detection company at his recommendation, and when they had located the leak, Mike made sure to fit us in as soon as possible to begin work.
The day of the repair, he communicated promptly to let us know when he was heading our way, and he persevered with wholehearted digging when we found out that the spot marked by the locators was not directly above the leak. He ended up digging a hole the size of a grown man...read full review
